You can request deletion of your IndustryGO account and associated data at any time, free of charge.
Delete in the app
- Open IndustryGO and sign in.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Read the notice and confirm deletion again. To prevent an unauthorised request, you may have to sign in again or complete a security confirmation.
After confirmation, the deletion request is recorded. If you no longer have access to the app, use the email option below.
Delete by email
Where possible, email us from the address linked to your IndustryGO account:

Subject: Delete account
Include your username or registered email address. We may ask you to confirm the request so another person cannot delete your account. Never send your password.
Processing time and confirmation
We generally process deletion within 30 days after the account is clearly identified and the request confirmed. You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete. Before final deletion, you can contact [email protected]; once completed, the account cannot be restored.
What is deleted
- account, sign-in links, email address and profile;
- game progress, level, experience, inventory, resources and virtual currency;
- mines, buildings, production, market and trade data;
- account-linked chat and profile data, unless retention is needed to protect other users;
- push tokens and other active device links.
Data subject to statutory record-keeping duties, necessary purchase records and limited security or moderation records may be retained in restricted form. It is no longer used for gameplay and is deleted or anonymised when the purpose ends.
Active subscriptions and purchases
Important: Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription.
- Android: manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
- iOS: manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID/App Store subscription settings.
Request any store refund directly from Google or Apple. Final account deletion removes remaining virtual values, including purchased unspent currency, without payout unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Delete only specific data?
If you want to delete only a message, support ticket or other specific data, describe it by email. We will check whether partial deletion is possible without closing the account.
