This page explains how to request deletion of your IndustryGO account and the associated data.

How to request deletion

Please send an email from the email address linked to your IndustryGO account to:

Subject: Delete account

Please include your IndustryGO username or registered email address so we can identify the account.

What data is deleted

After verification, we delete your account and associated personal data unless legal or security-related retention obligations apply. This includes account data, email address, user profile, game progress, inventory, resources, buildings, production data, market, trade and chat data assigned to your account.

Processing time

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after clear identification and confirmation.
