These terms govern the use of IndustryGO, a location-based Android economy game. The Privacy Policy also applies.

1. Provider

Provider of IndustryGO is Jonas Feldmann, Heinrich-Leggewie-Str. 5, 48249 Dülmen, Germany.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the IndustryGO app, website, interfaces, game servers and related functions. By registering or using the game, you accept these terms.

3. Game description

IndustryGO is a GPS-based build-up and economy game. Players can find resources on a map, build mines and facilities, produce, store, trade and participate in rankings.

4. Safe play and fair use

Use IndustryGO only where it is safe and permitted. Do not play while driving, do not enter private or dangerous areas and follow traffic rules and local regulations. Cheating, bots, GPS spoofing, exploits and attacks on the app or servers are prohibited.

5. Virtual goods

Resources, goods, currencies, buildings and rankings are virtual content within IndustryGO. They have no real-money value and no claim to payout.

6. Availability and changes

IndustryGO is continuously developed. Features, regions, prices, game values and balancing may change.
